Sin embargo, estas sustancias, que est\u00e1n presentes en muchos alimentos, tambi\u00e9n pueden ser causantes de adicci\u00f3n a la comida.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Seg\u00fan datos de la\u00a0Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud\u00a0(OMS), en el mundo, m\u00e1s de mil millones de personas son obesas: unos 650 millones de adultos, 340 millones de adolescentes y 39 millones de ni\u00f1os. Sin embargo, esta cifra se mantiene en aumento, por lo que el ente sanitario internacional advirti\u00f3 que, para 2025, otras 167 millones de personas (entre ni\u00f1os y adultos) se volver\u00e1n menos saludables por sobrepeso u obesidad.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>La\u00a0industria alimenticia, desde la incorporaci\u00f3n de los alimentos ultraprocesados, apela a los sensores de grasa y az\u00facar que tiene el organismo.
