class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>El Comit\u00e9 del Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Unesco (Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Educaci\u00f3n, la Ciencia y la Cultura), reunido en Rabat, decidi\u00f3 incluir este arte culinario en su lista a partir de una candidatura de Francia.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>\u201cAl registrar el saber hacer y la cultura de la baguette en el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, la Unesco destaca que una pr\u00e1ctica alimentaria puede constituir un patrimonio por derecho propio, lo que nos ayuda a ser parte de la sociedad\u201d, indic\u00f3 la directora general de la Unesco, Audrey Azoulay.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Seg\u00fan Azoulay, \u201chonra el saber hacer de los panaderos artesanos\u201d y tambi\u00e9n \u201ccelebra toda una cultura: un ritual diario, un elemento estructurante de la comida, un sin\u00f3nimo de compartir y de elaboraci\u00f3n en cuatro pasos&nbsp;de esta barra de pan y la&nbsp;cultura social en torno a las panader\u00edas,&nbsp;unos locales que, asegura, merman a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o. All\u00ed te encuentras con tus vecinos, dejas las llaves o los anuncios clasificados.
